I have nothing but praise for Committed2care. Their care for my elderly relative who suffers from dementia has been of the highest order. I commend their flexibility where they have escorted my relative to hospital, visiting on occasions, quite outside their remit. They have provided outings and worked with other agencies, always to provide the highest quality of life, ensuring her best interests. I have no hesitation in recommending them as care givers with their concern and professionalism.
To all at Committed2care – you are all superstars and your families should be very proud of what lovely caring people you all are. We cannot thank you enough for making **** so comfortable in the last few weeks of her life. Her wish was to end her days in her own home and we could not have done it without you fantastic people.

I just want to say we as a family can’t appreciate the carers at Committed2care enough, the name of the company is spot on as you all are very committed. The compassion you showed **** was amazing, I truly know he was looked after. My grandma sang nothing but praises about the girls who cared for him and when **** was having a good day, he would tell me how brilliant they all are. I was present at a few of his care calls and in the early days his face use to light up and he would give his cheeky smile when he seen them which made us feel at ease. The way care staff spoke to my grandad was so lovely and caring and I couldn’t ask for anything more. They really put everything into him. All the girls are truly amazing at their jobs and there isn’t one fault I can say about them.
I just want to say thank you so much as without your care company ****might not of had positive last few months. You all made him so comfortable and we couldn’t wish for anything more, he was failed by the NHS but certainly wasn’t by Committed2care.
Committed2care – the staff were fabulous and came several times a day every day. These carers treated **** as if he were their own and we had so many laughs together. We were so fortunate with our support that we could keep **** at home. I ask people to recognise and support the importance of our social care system for our illest and most vulnerable people. Its not until you require this expert input that you realise how critical it is.
**** could never have been able to make it through his closing years so happily without the care you all showed for him. His journey is done and the family and myself will always be grateful to you all.

Fantastic company to work for and to receive care from I worked there for many years only left as I moved areas. Kerry has a heart of gold I’ve been through a lot over the last few years but this lady has always supported me on a professional level and personal I’ve made the decision to go back to working in Tamworth even with an hours commute it is my pleasure to have worked for this company and to be going back.
It is difficult to express my profound admiration for the care, attention and love given to my mom during her final months. The care provided was of the very highest standard. Mom was cared for in a loving way, which truly meant a great deal to me personally.
I always found the owner to be very professional and genuine person who is very passionate about the care they provide. Each member of the team are so friendly and caring, you were made to feel like family. They always made time to talk and answer any questions you asked. Nothing was ever to much trouble. They were extremely efficient and punctual, providing a high standard of care which was always provided with careful consideration of the needs of the patient and the family.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you did for our mom and for all of the support that you gave to us as a family.

Kerry and her Committed2 care team were individually and collectively marvellous. They provided a level of home care for my father-in-law that I did not think existed. He was very well looked after with care and compassion by all of the carers they were punctual and understanding of the patients and the family's needs and carried out their role faultlessly. Committed2care and what a very appropriate business name that is! They look after my mom who is an Alzheimer’s sufferer and as her son I was really wary of using a care company initially but even after the first meeting my mind was immediately put at rest by the managements professionalism and approach, all the staff have shown care, compassion and go above and beyond their duties to make mom feel comfortable in their presence. My Father Xxxxx has had respite care delivered by Michelle which has been absolutely outstanding! The care and compassion she has shown not only my father but my whole family has been outstanding. Michelle has at all times given my father dignity and respect, including him in decision making as well as supporting his mobility diet and fluid intake, I could not have done a better job myself.
Myself and my whole family will be eternally grateful for the last week allowing our mother to go away and properly rest after having such a difficult few years dealing the pandemic as well as her own disabilities with my fathers worsening health.
