Why are we different?
We are different because of the following
- Getting an outstanding on the very first inspection is relatively unknown. This has driven us to continually want to improve our standards of care.
- Having 3 Registered and Highly qualified Nurses running the team who all bring different aspects of expertise to the table so a solid structure is in place.
We also offer different services to many care companies and these include:
- Foot Care by a fully qualified foot specialist (Lisa Tunnicliffe)
- Hairdresser. Mobile hairdresser who is DBS checked and happy to attend home visits for service users who are housebound.
- Councillor. We have a qualified councillor who we can refer you too. This service is available for staff and Service Users.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (to look at any equipment you may need which would enhance your safety and quality of life).
- Health And Safety Consultant. Ross Clifford Is a Health and Safety Consultant and currently works alongside C2C to ensure Health and Safety is implemented in all aspects of care for the Service Users and the Staff.
- Dog Walker / Groomer.
End of Life Specialist: We also work alongside an end of life Doula who supports the service user and their family during the end stages of life. Our wonderful Doula is able to be there, to support, advise and assist those entering the end of life stage (as well as their families) to make this difficult process that little bit more bearable at this most difficult time.
We also work hand in hand with our sister company Committed2Clean. Committed2clean was established in March 2021 and is ran by Tracy Watson but we undertake any type of cleaning to make our service users lives that bit more bearable and organised.
We also work hand in hand with Tamworth Community Together. This is an amazing service which is run by Lee Bates and offers so many different services to people struggling with the day to day running of their lives. This service offers support to those who are isolated or are struggling with any of the day to day tasks that get us down at times. We refer to this wonderful service if we feel they will be of benefit and they refer service users to us if its felt we might be able to help in any way with the services we offer.
Compassion is at the heart of our service and we aim to provide care and assistance, which is safe, compassionate, respectful, responsive, empowering and dignified, treating our service user as we would like our relatives to be treated. This is our main aim and priority.
We take the service users needs, wishes and priorities into account at all times and place them at the centre of their care. What is important to them is important to us!
