An active Registered Adult Nurse of over 20 years with senior experience in both Acute & community care, Kerry has a degree in palliative and end of life care, and additional Qualifications in Medication Management, Tissue Viability, and Diabetes.
Kerry founded the company based on a desire to utilise her experience and expertise to offer the absolute highest level of care, recognized by Committed2care being awarded by a rating of “outstanding” for the category of ‘caring’, and an overall rating of “Good” by the CQC in the first 3 years of establishment. Kerry oversees the operational and strategic development of the company as well as actively caring for service users herself.
Also, an active registered Nurse of over 20 years, Lisa has senior experience in the community sector of the NHS working as a sister in the Community, then as Team Leader for NHS community services. Lisa has a wealth of clinical & professional knowledge, is highly experienced in managing teams and coordinating care.
Lisa is a registered Nurse of over 20 Years and, after several years in cardiology, she began specialising in NHS service improvement. She has a degree in NHS Leadership and has worked with/for the NHS in numerous service improvement roles, leading large-scale transformation projects before becoming Head of Quality for 5 NHS Clinical Commissioning groups. Lisa left the NHS to work independently as a consultant and now works for us full time.
Louise is highly skilled in the day-to-day operational management of the company. Louise oversees most of the administration aspects of Committed2care and is an excellent point of contact for the whole team.
Tracy has played a senior role in Regional, field sales and management for over 25 years. She is also a recent customer service executive. Tracy brings relationship building and management leadership skills to the team and is trained to support compliance management for the company. Tracy also directs and manages Committed2clean.
