If you have had a good experience with Committed2care, we would love to hear any compliments you may have, to do this we have provided a simple form below for you to fill out. If you are happy to share your compliment on the Committed2care website, please tick the I consent to the compliment being used on the Committed2care website. Then once your compliment has been approved by one of our staff members, it will be displayed on our Compliments page. It would also help us if you could add the same message onto a public forum (such as yell.com and CQC) to catch potential new service users.
